Dr. Lisa Smith, Ph.D

Teaching millenials in various industries the importance of adopting compassion towards people struggling with mental health issues while educating using psychological principles within traditional and online forums.

A practicing hypnotherapist, I also work with various populations (shelter families, at-risk youth, couples, and military personnel) hoping to improve their coping skills and behavioral techniques.

A trainer of diversity and cultural sensitivity, I encourage others to explore their implicit bias that may affect their perceptions and judgments in everyday life.
